By creating an account or using linksby.me ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and linksby.me.
linksby.me provides a link-in-bio page builder that lets you create a hosted profile page with links to your social media accounts and other platforms. Features include custom themes, multiple profiles per account, and protection against automated crawlers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using linksby.me, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
linksby.me is a paid subscription service offered through two channels: (a) direct signup on linksby.me with billing handled by our payment processor (Stripe), and (b) the Fanvue App Store, where billing is handled by Fanvue. The channel you used to subscribe determines which terms below apply to your billing relationship.
(a) Direct subscriptions via Stripe. By subscribing directly on linksby.me you authorize us to charge the applicable fee through Stripe on a recurring basis. We offer monthly and annual billing options. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout, which may reflect standard rates, limited-time promotions, launch discounts, or other special offers. Promotional pricing applies only for the period specified at the time of purchase; subscriptions may revert to the then-current standard rate upon renewal unless otherwise stated. Current standard pricing and any active promotions are always shown on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your existing subscription, giving you the opportunity to cancel before you are charged the new rate. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
(b) Subscriptions via the Fanvue App Store. If you obtained access to linksby.me through the Fanvue App Store, your subscription, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Fanvue under Fanvue's own terms and pricing as displayed on the App Store. linksby.me does not control, set, or process those charges; linksby.me only receives confirmation from Fanvue's API that your subscription is active. Refund requests, billing disputes, payment method changes, and cancellations for App Store subscriptions must be handled through Fanvue. We are not able to refund, credit, or otherwise modify charges made through the Fanvue App Store. If Fanvue's confirmation of your active subscription is unavailable for any reason (including API outages or platform changes), your access to the paid features of linksby.me may be temporarily suspended until Fanvue reports your subscription as active again. We are not liable for downtime or access loss caused by Fanvue's billing or platform decisions.
Stripe subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking Manage Billing on your dashboard and cancelling through the self-serve billing portal, or by contacting support@linksby.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods.
Fanvue App Store subscriptions: Cancellation must be performed through the Fanvue App Store under Fanvue's terms. Once Fanvue reports your subscription as cancelled or expired, access to paid features on linksby.me will be suspended at the end of your then-current Fanvue billing period (or immediately, if Fanvue cancels your subscription immediately).
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error or you experienced a problem with the Service that prevented reasonable use, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith. Refund decisions are made at our discretion outside of jurisdictions where statutory refund rights apply.
You agree not to use the Service to:
linksby.me permits links to adult content platforms (such as OnlyFans and Fanvue) provided that all linked content is produced and distributed in full compliance with applicable laws, the destination platforms' own terms, and the prohibitions in this section. We may remove any link, content, or account that we reasonably believe violates this policy, with or without notice.
You own the content you upload to or create on linksby.me. By using the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and display the content you submit; (b) your content does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and (c) your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content on linksby.me infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@linksby.me that includes:
We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content where appropriate and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we determine your use is harmful to other users or the Service, or if required by law. If we terminate your account for a material violation of these Terms (including but not limited to the CSAM prohibition or other illegal content), no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Upon termination, your profile pages will become inaccessible and your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss of data. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or business resulting from downtime, errors, or actions taken under these Terms.
linksby.me offers a "crawler-aware" design that aims to reduce automated visibility of your link list to known bots and scrapers. This capability is provided on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee. Crawler technology evolves continuously and new bots, fingerprinting techniques, or platform-side changes may bypass our detection at any time, without notice. We make no representation or warranty that:
Each third-party platform applies its own policies and enforcement decisions using signals we cannot see, predict, or control. Decisions about whether to suspend, ban, restrict, or otherwise moderate your accounts rest entirely with those platforms. You acknowledge and agree that you use linksby.me at your own risk. You assume sole responsibility for: (a) the content you publish via the Service; (b) compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform you link to or from; (c) any decision by a third-party platform to take action against any of your accounts; and (d) any consequences — financial, reputational, legal, or otherwise — that may arise from your use of the Service or from any third-party platform's response to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, linksby.me shall have no liability for any account suspension, ban, moderation, deindexing, loss of followers, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or other harm you may suffer from any third-party platform, scraper, indexer, or other party in connection with your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, linksby.me and its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless linksby.me and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, publicity, or privacy right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of linksby.me are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and linksby.me regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
